About the position

CentralReach is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. This role focuses on creatively marketing to prospects, performing market research, and maintaining engagement to set sales qualified opportunities, all while capturing relevant information in Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for CentralReach.
  • Creatively market to potential prospects by tailoring the approach to suit their business.
  • Perform extensive market research and engage prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects through creative follow-up communications.
  • Capture all relevant information in Salesforce.com with strong attention to detail.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in both sales and the ABA space.
  • Provide constructive feedback to key business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales (meeting or exceeding goals).
  • Strong capability to establish rapport and credibility with prospects.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Self-driven personality with intrinsic motivation to excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
