About the position

CyberArk is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is ideal for early career sales talent who are eager to build a career in sales and cybersecurity. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and supporting our closing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, as well as nurturing relationships with our existing customer base. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a consistent level of daily and weekly activities designed to keep you on track. In this position, you will utilize various outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging web-based initiatives, to generate new conversations and opportunities for the sales team. You will need to understand the primary business issues faced by prospects and effectively communicate how CyberArk's solutions can address these challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to manage your time efficiently, work collaboratively with team members, and maintain accurate records of your opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce. As a representative of CyberArk, you will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with prospects, customers, and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities with commercial accounts via cold calls, emails, prospecting tools, and marketing leads provided.
  • Determine and understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with members of the assigned territory.
  • Understand and communicate CyberArk's role in the privileged account security space.
  • Manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Professionally represent yourself and CyberArk at all times to prospects, customers, and vendors.
  • Continuously improve your skills, asking for help whenever necessary.

Requirements
