Coach Joe is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to play a key role in accelerating the company's growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients using various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Attend online and in-person events such as trade shows, client meetings, and sales trainings to foster client connections and explore new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies for reaching new customers.
  • Partner with sales management to achieve company-wide objectives and individual performance targets.
  • Leverage social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to identify prospects and build lasting client relationships.
  • Consistently follow up with leads, tracking and maintaining detailed communication logs in CRM systems.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, strategy adjustments, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and sales collateral that support lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using CRM software as part of the sales or lead generation process.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is strongly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple prospects and leads efficiently.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to clients both virtually and in person.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
  • Motivated by hitting measurable targets and providing top-tier service to clients and teammates.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
