About the position

The Sales Development Specialist at SAP is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate Concur's value propositions to key decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear communication.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics such as appointments, qualified leads, and new contacts.
  • Engage with leads through various channels including phone, Drift chat, web, email, and corporate events.
  • Leverage digital assets and employ a multi-channel approach to maximize effectiveness.
  • Participate in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience or a post-secondary degree or certification.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Resilience and a passion for professional growth.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift.
