About the position

As a vital member of the Demand Generation Technology Operations team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales Development teams to implement, manage, and optimize our demand generation tech stack. In this role, you will develop frameworks and platforms that ensure seamless access to essential tools and capabilities, enabling the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to perform at their best. You will take ownership of the strategy, management, and success of sales development tools, working in close collaboration with Sales Development leaders, Sales Enablement and Marketing teams. Your efforts will ensure clear communication about updates in sales messaging, sequence performance, and user adoption of tools, enabling the organization to achieve its demand generation goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Optimize Tech Stack: Ensure optimal performance of Sales Development tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Messaging and Sequence Optimization: Oversee the testing, optimization, and measurement of Outreach messaging to ensure alignment with brand standards and pipeline-building best practices.
  • Training Delivery: Partner with Enablement team to create and maintain documentation to support SDRs effectively using sales development tools and processes.
  • Effectiveness Measurement: Collaborate with business partners to evaluate the effectiveness of SDR inbound and outbound strategies, providing actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to SDR workflows, prioritizing efficiency and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and IT teams to drive continuous improvements, tool adoption, and alignment across departments.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Sales/Marketing Operations, Sales Development, or Sales Enablement roles
  • Tech Expertise: Proven experience managing Sales Engagement platforms like Outreach.io (or similar), with familiarity in Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Data and Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and develop performance metrics to measure the impact of the tools and SDR workflows.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of demand generation and the ability to develop measurable processes that empower the Sales Development organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
