About the position

The Business Director will lead and manage the central sales operations for a global real estate business, focusing on financial and operational excellence while expanding the client’s customer base. This role encompasses service delivery, customer relationship management, P&L ownership, and strategic leadership to drive sustainable growth and ensure high-quality operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to ensure financial and operational commitments are met.
  • Develop and maintain the client’s customer base through business development initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management and strategic leadership of the region.
  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth from existing customers and new business opportunities.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure the well-being of employees.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and oversee customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and support the team, encouraging engagement and development.
  • Manage sales pipelines and empower the business development team to meet growth targets.
  • Accountable for profit and loss, ensuring effective cost control and revenue management.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and sales experience in facilities services, real estate, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong operational management skills with a focus on financial accountability.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and service delivery.
  • Ability to drive business development and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
