About the position

The position is for a growth-focused sales professional within Accenture's Cloud First group, which is dedicated to delivering integrated cloud capabilities to clients. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and creating solutions to complex technology business problems. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in cloud-based technologies to drive business expansion and transformation for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture to determine pursuit strategies and develop client messaging plans.
  • Apply industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.
  • Direct specific team sales activities and operate within large teams.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit, and closing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling Cloud-based data solutions, analytical data warehouses, and cloud data migration solutions.
  • Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with a quota of $20M+.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

  • Good understanding of cloud data warehousing & analytical platforms in the market.
  • Thought leader in building next generation data architectures.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
