About the position

The Sales Director at Lightricks will spearhead the sales efforts for LTX Studio, the company's flagship product that utilizes GenAI technology to transform storytelling. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and involves managing the entire sales cycle, from demand generation to deal closure. The Sales Director will collaborate closely with various teams and build relationships with strategic partners, while also having the opportunity to develop and expand the sales team as the business grows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for LTX Studio, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure.
  • Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish product/market fit.
  • Help build the sales team and supporting functions as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling software solutions to the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Experience in account planning and deal development.
  • Ability to travel within the US.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven experience in building and onboarding sales teams.
  • Experience in selling editing tools or similar technologies for Pre & Post Production.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technology and its applications.
