About the position

As a Sales Director at Matic Digital, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and understanding their needs. This role involves crafting tailored solutions and managing the sales pipeline autonomously, contributing to strategy sessions, and collaborating with teams to refine approaches based on market feedback. Responsibilities

  • Engage in thoughtful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and articulate tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for bespoke agency projects and strategic staff augmentation.
  • Leverage knowledge of digital markets, including AI, to develop and expand client relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close, maintaining detailed records and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to strategy sessions and collaborate with teams to refine approaches based on market feedback and trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a digital agency or related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, strategic engagements, and digital platforms for web and mobile.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and articulate solutions.
