Uniphore is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the company's revenue growth. This hybrid position is based out of the New York Metro Area, requiring onsite presence at the NYC office two days a week. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with key clients. You will work closely with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team. A successful candidate for this position is a strong hunter with a passion for customer success, strong analytical skills, and the ability to rapidly build energy, business cases, demonstrations, and proposals to accelerate business in a new segment to scale revenue from year one. This is an amazing opportunity to build and shape a business, client base, culture, and take a leading role within a high-growth start-up. The role requires a deep understanding of selling enterprise SaaS products and services, as well as experience with consultative, value-led sales motions. You must be able to effectively and independently prospect and build a pipeline, forecast, and effectively move deals through the pipeline with pace and quality through a disciplined sales methodology. Experience selling into Centers and Customer Experience-focused organizations to senior economic buyers (C-Level) is a requirement.
