The Sales Director will be responsible for securing new business and strategically developing future clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach to address fleet management challenges. In this position, you will generate new deal leads and prospects through cold calling, actively manage your assigned database to ensure all accounts are properly scoped and classified, and develop and cultivate strategic relationships with both prospects and clients. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing a sales strategy and tactical plan to maximize deal flow, partnering with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of deals. Additionally, you will perform modeling and forecasting, conduct financial statement and cash flow analysis to determine deal feasibility and structure, and price loans and leases using a pricing model to prepare client proposals. This role requires a true sales hunter mentality, with a focus on new business development.
