About the position

The District Sales Leader - Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Midwest) is responsible for managing the sales zone and achieving product and support sales targets. This role involves leading a team of account managers, developing strategies to grow the cardiovascular ultrasound business, and ensuring collaboration among sales representatives to meet regional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales zone and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales operating plans.
  • Lead a team of CV Account Managers with clear expectations and regular communication.
  • Develop strategies to grow the CV Ultrasound business within the customer base.
  • Establish replacement plans and fleet planning for customers, including partnerships and compliance agreements.
  • Deliver strong presentations that effectively communicate solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital capital sales.
  • People leadership experience is required.
  • Ability to build customer relationships at all levels, including C-Suites.
  • Experience in synthesizing market analyses and customer feedback into commercial programs.
