About the position

The Sales & Education Advisor role at ILIA, Inc. is designed for an experienced beauty advisor who is passionate about clean beauty and performance-driven ingredients. This position focuses on driving sales, educating store teams, and enhancing the client experience through effective communication and relationship-building. The advisor will be a key advocate for the ILIA brand, ensuring that store teams are well-informed and equipped to promote the brand's unique offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Coordinate store visit schedules with management and strategize plans to achieve sales goals.
• Create a monthly calendar to support focus doors and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver effective training to store teams on hero products to enhance their ability to recommend products to clients.
• Develop brand advocates in stores by training on key selling and service behaviors that drive sales and client loyalty.
• Track and monitor the impact of events on sales and initiate innovative ways to drive retail results.
• Activate the store visit calendar and provide detailed weekly recaps of business opportunities and successes.
• Communicate regularly with management and store leadership regarding brand opportunities and stock concerns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours and lift at least 30 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ years of Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships.
• Passion for the Clean Beauty Category.
