About the position

As a Sales Education Associate Manager at Stryker, you will play a crucial role in the Upper Extremities organization by developing, planning, and conducting training programs for sales representatives and reseller partners. The role requires a blend of educational expertise and sales acumen, with a significant travel component to facilitate training across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate product and procedural expertise into the educational curriculum.
• Benchmark education and training activities to determine best practices.
• Understand the competitive landscape and sales process to enhance education programs.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials.
• Create and deliver educational content, presentations, and programs.
• Coordinate logistics for sales education programs and support content delivery.
• Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses.
• Analyze program metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of sales education.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of sales education initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating current programs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of work experience required.
• Experience with shoulder arthroscopy preferred.
• Experience in medical device sales preferred.
• Experience in marketing of medical devices preferred.
• Experience with training or adult learning preferred.
• Experience with product launches preferred.
• MBA preferred.
