We're looking for big thinkers, brave leaders, and creative advertising wizards ready to influence a new age of homebuying within a tried-and-true, award-winning company. The Sales Effectiveness Operations Manager will develop strategies and content to drive cohesion across Homes.com and with other brands in support of our business team and revenue growth goals. You will directly contribute to some of the most impactful programs driving the success of our fast-growing team of 700+ sales representatives. This role involves partnering with the learning and development team to create engaging learning materials, developing communication strategies, designing employee engagement programs, and implementing change management strategies to support organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and content to drive cohesion across Homes.com and with other brands.
  • Partner with the learning and development team to develop and maintain effective learning materials.
  • Create engaging content, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales associates and leaders to bring the Homes.com sales team vision to life.
  • Develop and manage communication plans and craft compelling messaging content.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across the organization and with other CoStar brands.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify and address concerns and resistance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with skills for change adaptation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, project management, marketing, or related professional areas.
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth business environments with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams, including executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
