About the position

The Sales Effectiveness Specialist will provide operational support for sales activities, focusing on managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development efforts, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. This role involves preparing sales materials, managing updates to sales support systems, and collaborating with various teams to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and client portfolio teams to identify needs and provide operational support that enhances sales performance.
  • Assist in coordinating business development efforts to drive sales growth.
  • Create and refine sales collateral to effectively communicate value propositions and engage potential clients.
  • Tailor sales materials to meet specific client needs and support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with Sales and client account teams to maintain accurate updates and records in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status to sales leadership.
  • Educate team members on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales operations or sales support function.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with the development of sales collateral, including solution summarization and case studies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Business process and tools experience with customer care and field service in the B2C and/or B2B space.
  • Experience working in professional services delivery and/or managed services sales support.
  • Bachelor's degree.
