About the position

The Sales Enablement Administrative Assistant at JR Capital plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position focuses on managing communications, updating deal information, and facilitating collaboration among team members to drive company growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the inbox organized and ensure quick responses to client and partner inquiries.
  • Accurately update and maintain deal information in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and submit deals to partners, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and address any questions or issues.
  • Organize and maintain files related to deals and client communications.
  • Assist in generating reports on deal status, operational efficiency, and sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and dealers, answering queries and helping them navigate the post-funding process.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and update training materials.
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in administrative roles (sales ops is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
