About the position

Alteryx is searching for a Revenue Enablement and Learning Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Sales Enablement team. This position is remote-friendly and requires a candidate who is not only a problem solver and innovator but also someone who thrives in a culture that values inclusivity and authenticity. In this role, you will partner with various teams across the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and the Sales Enablement team to establish a governance framework that drives strategic business outcomes. Your efforts will focus on increasing collaboration, improving visibility, and mitigating risks, all while aligning with the overall planning, budgeting, and operational lifecycles for training and field readiness programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. You will be responsible for managing the overall operational rhythm for Sales Enablement across the organization, ensuring that all requests for enablement align with the overarching Sales Enablement strategy. This includes leading and managing demand and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and support sales enablement programs effectively. You will also administer and manage the sales enablement platform and the learning management system, ensuring that they are maintained and that users receive the necessary support. In addition, you will oversee the Enablement Intake process, ensuring clarity in requests and learning objectives. You will lead bi-weekly prioritization meetings with the sales enablement team and communicate outcomes to regional sales leadership and other GTM support teams. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you provide insights into enablement requests and make recommendations on resource allocation. Partnering with Finance, you will forecast spending and recommend budget allocations for Sales Enablement initiatives. Lastly, you will support the development of training materials and foster an interactive learning environment that encourages engagement and collaboration among participants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operational rhythm for Sales Enablement across the organization, aligning all requests for enablement to the overall Sales Enablement strategy.
  • Lead and manage all demand and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization and alignment to support sales enablement programs.
  • Administer and manage the sales enablement platform and the learning management system used by the Sales Enablement team.
  • Oversee the Enablement Intake process in Asana, ensuring clarity of requests and learning objectives identified.
  • Lead the bi-weekly prioritization of Enablement requests with the sales enablement team.
  • Provide analysis on trends and insights into enablement requests and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with Finance to provide spend forecast and recommendations on budget allocation throughout the budget year.
  • Support the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and eLearning modules.
  • Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Sales Enablement role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing Enablement systems like Seismic, Highspot, and LMS platforms like Lessonly, LearnUpon, or WorkRamp.
  • Demonstrated setup and usage of project/program management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or JIRA.
  • Proficiency with design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
  • 4+ years' experience working cross-functionally in portfolio planning and/or strategic planning.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills, confident communication.
  • Experience operating successfully in a global, multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to work in highly ambiguous situations bringing clarity and organizational alignment.
  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously.
