About the position

Epsilon is looking for a sales enablement associate with strong experience and background in managing processes, programs, and unified reporting. The Sales Enablement Associate Manager will be the "glue" between all efforts the Sales Enablement team manages. This includes, but is not limited to, our live training engagements, sales enablement platform, cross-functional efforts, sales onboarding, and content development. The right candidate will show an eagerness to unify processes, identify and drive efficiencies, and build a simple view of all program successes.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day responsibilities of all Sales Enablement programs and processes, including Allego sales enablement platform operations, live training engagements, content development, and strategic initiatives as determined by the VP of Sales Enablement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and propose solutions, clearly outline project statuses for easy digestion by leadership team, identify any project stages that are at risk, and propose resource re-allocations and tactical shifts to avoid projects becoming at risk.
  • Track and manage all efforts of the Sales Enablement team, work with all Sales Enablement team members to understand their projects in flight and statuses of all tactics, unify all activities into one view, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency.
  • Report on successes and opportunities of all Sales Enablement efforts, including seller engagement in enablement activities, completion of assessments and certifications by salesforce, platform and training core statistics, and correlate outcomes to business results for each seller.
  • Serve as primary liaison for day-to-day cross-functional tactics, work with product, product marketing, marketing, and other content owners to ensure needs are being met and proper deadlines are being set, and provide regular updates to cross-functional leaders on program statuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business and/or technology-focused discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional programs / processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortability working with sales leadership to report, collaborate, and represent their priorities
  • Ability to analyze vast amounts of data to provide detailed recommendations and reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to complete complex projects on tight timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
