About the position

As a Sales Enablement Associate at Fishbowl Solutions, you will enhance the effectiveness of the sales team by developing sales content, managing CRM and marketing automation tools, and analyzing sales data to inform the go-to-market strategy. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing content and requires a passion for technology and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Eloqua and CRM platforms to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with experts to craft compelling content, including emails, blog posts, and video updates, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Manage event content and ensure timely updates on our website and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and refine marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Leverage data analytics to predict sales trends, providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain Standard Work documents and playbooks to streamline sales processes and ensure consistency.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Fishbowl Software, IP, and select Oracle offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in content management, cloud computing, and generative AI to position Fishbowl Solutions as a thought leader in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-technology sales organization or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong data analysis experience, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
