About the position

The Sales Enablement Business Development Representative at Forcura is a key role focused on driving sales efficiency and supporting the sales team in engaging potential customers within the healthcare sector. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound lead activities, building sales content, and serving as a liaison between various departments to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit new business from prospective customers by identifying key purchasing decision makers and establishing contact through phone, email, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify active leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to ensure proper onboarding, ramp-up, and assignment of prospects.
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of targeted business development campaigns.
  • Document calls and results to generate reports for management.
  • Arrange for meetings between prospective customers and representatives of various company functional areas.
  • Responsible for coordinating the relationship between sales and marketing teams, deploying sales campaigns, and enhancing marketing content for field sales use.
  • Represent Forcura at various industry functions to develop additional business.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to optimize content and sales programs that allow us to engage more customers in the buyer's journey and achieve more effective results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 2-3 years of successful client service or sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience confidently making cold calls to prospects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and time management skills

Nice-to-haves

  • SaaS and/or healthcare experience
