About the position

The Communications Program Manager will be a key player in the sales enablement team at Axonius, responsible for developing and executing communication strategies and managing sales events to support the revenue team. This role focuses on ensuring that the sales organization has timely access to critical information and effective communication channels, enhancing overall sales performance through strategic planning and execution of events and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales events and communications strategy.
  • Create a twice-yearly events and communications strategy that supports the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted communication campaigns.
  • Ensure all events and communications align with the overall sales strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly sales all-hands meetings, including agenda development and content creation.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of weekly management podcasts.
  • Manage ongoing communication with the sales team through Slack, email, and other channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual sales kickoff event.
  • Manage other sales events throughout the year, ensuring alignment with the sales enablement strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, event management, or internal communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
  • Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., Slack, G-Suite) and program management software such as Monday or Asana.
  • Experience utilizing training development tools such as Rise or Articulate, as well as audio and video editing software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
