About the position

The Sales Enablement Consultant at CDK Global plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by collaborating with various departments to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. This position focuses on enhancing sales opportunities through effective product demonstrations and insights, ultimately driving revenue growth. The consultant will work primarily in the Eastern US and is expected to travel extensively to meet clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the discovery process to uncover customer business objectives and issues.
  • Deliver captivating product demonstrations that highlight value propositions to engage prospects.
  • Translate technical information for non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful onboarding and rollout of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Automotive Operations experience, including Variable Operations, Fixed Operations, and/or Business Office and Accounting.
  • Experience with technical sales, consulting, and product presentations within the SaaS industry.
  • Sales and Implementation or consulting experience with CDK products/solutions preferred.
  • Aptitude for web technologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in API and third-party integrations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CDK products/solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
