You are a creative problem-solver and can bring ideas, storyboards, and content outlines to life through writing, presentation design, video production, and training curriculum. You are an excellent and compelling communicator who has a passion for storytelling and enjoys crafting narratives that engage the audience. You can break down complex concepts, explain them clearly, and format content that is clear, succinct, and compelling for a GTM audience. Designing and creating content that follows a strategic framework, like Bloom’s Taxonomy, is just part of your creative process. You understand the hierarchy of learning objectives and how the content you create is not just to provide information but is designed for comprehension and application. You know how to evaluate whether or not learning outcomes have been achieved, ultimately driving sales success. You build collaborative relationships with your internal and cross-functional stakeholders including sales, solution engineers, customer success and product marketing, no matter their level. You are organized and excellent at multitasking, are self-driven, and can work both independently and with a cross-functional team in a hectic and ever-changing startup environment. You come up to speed quickly, love to learn, have a strong working style and impeccable attention to detail.
