About the position

The Sales Enablement Content Developer at Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is responsible for creating tailored content to support sales campaigns and enhance the effectiveness of the sales force. This role involves analyzing content performance and engaging in prospecting efforts to drive market share growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design tailored content to execute sales campaigns targeted for specific accounts, applications, and products.
  • Support sales enablement efforts to equip and develop the sales force, as well as overall sales operations efforts to grow market share.
  • Analyze content effectiveness and adapt for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in telephone prospecting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or sales content development and campaign management.
  • 5 years of experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

Nice-to-haves

  • SAP experience preferred.
