Walmart Connect is Walmart's advertising platform designed to reach hundreds of millions of U.S. shoppers throughout their shopping journey. The Sales Enablement Content & Platform Manager will play a crucial role in driving projects forward and maintaining a comprehensive content library that serves as a single source of truth for approved sales marketing materials. This position involves organizing and authoring a vast catalogue of content to ensure maximum discoverability within a content management system (CMS) and providing analysis on feedback from cross-functional networks (XFNs) and metrics within the CMS. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing knowledge/content management systems and writing/editing technical and product-focused marketing content. In this role, you will support a critical service for Walmart Connect, contributing to the goal of achieving must-buy status among key target audiences. This will involve ensuring that essential marketing and educational content is always up to date, easily accessible internally, and widely discoverable externally. Responsibilities include managing content, collaborating with content owners, and communicating project status to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for writing and editing technical and product-focused marketing content as needed to maintain content quality. Additionally, you will support the management of content delivery and storage systems, optimizing the external content management system "Help Center" for better discoverability and exploring modern content management tools through a formal RFP process. This includes stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, and collaboration with procurement on vendor RFPs. You will own the technical aspects of the Help Center and new CMS once implemented, along with managing ad hoc projects assigned by senior management.
