About the position

The Sr. Sales Enablement Content and Platform Manager at Walmart Connect plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the content library for sales marketing materials. This position focuses on ensuring that marketing content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and effectively utilized by sales teams. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, project management, and the use of content management systems to enhance the discoverability and organization of sales resources.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of content and collaborate with content owners to maintain an inventory of approved sales marketing content.
  • Organize and author a vast catalogue of content for maximum discoverability within the CMS.
  • Manage content inventory hygiene, including calendarizing update reminders and content sunset dates.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
  • Provide analysis on feedback from XFNs and metrics within the CMS.
  • Support optimization of the internal content management hub 'Blue' for better discoverability.
  • Explore and support the RFP process for a modern sales enablement content management tool.
  • Own technical aspects of the CMS to support admin and authoring needs.
  • Manage ad hoc project management and operational projects assigned by Senior Manager & Senior Director.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business experience, with a preference for marketing and writing experience.
  • Experience running knowledge/content management systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills to drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional skills in driving projects forward.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexibility to pivot and embrace change as the business evolves.
  • Teamwork mentality.
