Walmart Connect is Walmart's advertising platform designed to reach hundreds of millions of U.S. shoppers throughout their shopping journey. The platform connects billions of shopping behaviors to real transactions, both online and in-store, enabling marketers to understand how their marketing drives results. The Sr. Sales Enablement Content and Platform Manager will play a pivotal role in the Brand and Enterprise Sales Marketing, Content Management team, driving projects forward and maintaining a comprehensive content library that serves as a single source of truth for approved sales marketing materials. This position will involve organizing and authoring a vast catalogue of content to ensure maximum discoverability within a Content Management System (CMS) and providing analysis on feedback from cross-functional networks (XFNs) and metrics within the CMS. The role is critical for supporting Walmart Connect's goal of achieving must-buy status among key target audiences by ensuring that essential marketing and educational content is always up to date and easily accessible for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities will include managing content and collaborating with content owners to maintain an inventory of approved sales marketing content, organizing and authoring content for optimal discoverability, and managing content inventory hygiene. The position will also involve communicating project status to stakeholders, providing analysis on feedback and metrics, and supporting the management of content delivery and storage systems. In the near term, the manager will optimize the internal content management hub, known as "Blue," for better discoverability and user experience. In the mid-term, the role will involve exploring external tech solutions for a more modern sales enablement content management tool, including stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, and collaboration with procurement on a vendor RFP. The manager will own the technical aspects of both the current and new CMS, supporting admin and authoring needs as they arise. Additionally, the role will include ad hoc project management and operational projects assigned by senior management.
