About the position

The Sales Enablement Contractor will support the sales team by developing, coordinating, and executing sales enablement initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively engage prospective students and drive sales success. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, along with a solid understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, sales scripts, product sheets, and competitive analyses.
  • Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with IIN's brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new admissions hires, including creating training materials and managing technology access.
  • Organize and facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the sales team informed about new products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for the Admissions team.
  • Provide training and support for sales technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and other sales engagement tools.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for success.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align and support sales initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to improve enablement programs and resources continuously.
  • Coordinate and execute sales meetings, training sessions, and other enablement events.
  • Assist with logistics and execution of social mixers, conferences, trade shows, and other sales-related events.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
