About the position

Join our client's team in San Francisco, CA, as a Sales Enablement Copywriter. This contract role supports the Sales Enablement team and reports to the Sr. Director of Enablement Operations. In this position, you will collaborate on various project leads to create and optimize content for all enablement programs. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality sales enablement materials that effectively support the sales team in their efforts to engage clients and close deals. You will be responsible for creating and editing a variety of content types, including sales guides, playbooks, presentations, email templates, and training materials. As a Sales Enablement Copywriter, you will ensure that all content is accurate, readable, and aligns with the company's brand messaging and style guidelines. You will also be tasked with managing multiple requests simultaneously, requiring you to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with subject matter experts, learning experience designers, enablement experts, and program managers to gather insights and develop deliverables that meet the needs of the sales team. Your attention to detail will be crucial in editing and proofreading content to deliver error-free and timely copy that enhances the overall effectiveness of the sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit sales enablement content, including sales guides, playbooks, presentations, email templates, and training materials.
  • Ensure content accuracy and readability, delivering error-free and timely copy.
  • Edit and proofread content with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, learning experience designers, enablement experts, and program managers to gather insights and develop deliverables.
  • Ensure all sales enablement content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and style guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in Copywriting with an agency or tech company (sales, marketing, communications, PR preferred).
  • Excellent storytelling, grammar, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in interviewing and team collaboration.
