About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are characterized by moderate to high complexity and visibility. You will engage with functional leaders to secure necessary resources, influence outcomes, address conflicts, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives. Your ability to identify potential risks during the implementation of changes and to develop effective mitigation strategies will be crucial to the success of the team. As a Business Execution Manager, you will recommend opportunities for process improvement within Business Execution and determine appropriate strategies and actions across multiple business groups to meet complex deliverables. You will interpret procedures and processes, providing leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk. Collaboration and influence will be key as you work with functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Additionally, you will manage the allocation of both people and financial resources for Business Execution, fostering a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with the tactical execution necessary to support end users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants.
  • Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change and develop mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement.
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.
  • Interpret procedures and processes, providing leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk.
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years Management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive knowledge of CRMs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across technology and line of businesses resources to create, scope and shape strategic requirements for enhancements, changes, additions to CRM.
  • Strategic thinker who can work to identify a future plan for how CRMs should be leveraged but can also understand the tactics necessary to run the business.
  • Strong communicator who can flex communication style to audience.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize.
