About the position

The Sales Enablement CRM Product Owner at Texas Capital Bank is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Salesforce CRM solution. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance sales efficiency and customer interactions, ensuring the CRM aligns with the needs of banking sales teams and overall business objectives. The Product Owner will lead an agile development team, drive innovation, and monitor key performance metrics to optimize the CRM's impact on sales productivity and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM solution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify pain points.
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly workflows within the Salesforce CRM based on banking sales processes.
  • Propose new features that enhance sales efficiency and customer interactions.
  • Define and prioritize feature development and enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Lead an agile development team through the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the Salesforce CRM solution is intuitive and user-friendly for banking sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the CRM's impact on sales productivity.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for seamless integration of additional tools.
  • Support change management strategies for smooth adoption of the CRM solution.
  • Assist in training and support initiatives for effective CRM utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6-12 years of progressive experience as a Product Owner, focusing on Salesforce CRM solutions for banking sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of banking sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of the banking industry and its key drivers.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud) and related tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
