About the position

City Wide Franchise is committed to cultivating a culture-centered work environment and is searching for a proactive and inventive Sales Enablement Instructional Designer to join our team. If you bring at least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training, have strong facilitation skills, and excel in creating innovative training solutions, we'd love to hear from you! As a Sales Enablement Instructional Designer at City Wide, you will be essential in developing and delivering high-impact sales training programs. Your role will involve working closely with sales leaders and subject matter experts to design training materials that enhance our sales team's performance. You'll create and implement eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and multimedia content, as well as facilitate workshops and manage various training projects. Your expertise in adult learning principles and sales processes will help ensure that our training solutions drive real results. This is an in-office position working Monday-Friday, standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging sales training materials for both instructor-led and online formats, grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Design and produce job aids, such as online training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, demonstration models, and eLearning tutorials.
  • Create dynamic multimedia content using eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Lead instructor-led training sessions and webinars focused on sales enablement.
  • Manage LMS administration tasks, including course uploads, tracking attendance, and overseeing access to online and instructor-led courses.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine training requirements and objectives specific to various departments.
  • Oversee multiple training development projects, coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Support onboarding process of new Franchisees as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of L&D.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of successful experience in technical course development, corporate facilitation skills, and recreating the wheel of course creation.
  • Background or proven experience creating effective learning and development modules required.
  • Knowledge of eLearning and related software, including: Adobe Creative Suite with Articulate or Captivate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Sales Knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to Travel up to 25%.

  • Experience with sales training is a plus.
