About the position

The Sales Enablement Intake Contractor at Tobii Dynavox plays a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to empower individuals with disabilities through assistive communication technology. This position involves data entry, document organization, and direct customer interaction to facilitate the trial program process for clients. The contractor will ensure accurate client information is maintained in the ERP systems and assist customers in navigating their insurance and trial requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client demographic information into ERP systems
  • Gather any missing required documentation
  • Respond to inquiries from a shared department e-mail box, Teams chat, and voice mail box
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding trial process
  • Label, store and organize documents within the electronic database
  • Identify and properly code client's medical and speech diagnosis
  • Identify client's healthcare coverage and contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and benefit coverage
  • Discuss insurance and trial requirements with customers and Speech Language Pathologists
  • Research third party insurance requirements to complete and submit prior authorization forms correctly
  • Prepare prior authorization forms and submit documents to insurance companies for approval
  • Identify the status of a client's case for it to flow through the ERP Systems correctly
  • Communicate and address potential funding challenges to the SE Contractor
  • Assist with communications to the Sales team, including New Hire trainings, webinars, and other calls
  • Meet established goals and expectations successfully
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience working with insurance in a medical setting preferred
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Virtual communication skills
  • Telephonic communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to work from home including high speed internet access
  • Able to work with interruptions in a fast-paced environment
