About the position

The Sales Enablement Internship at Schneider Electric is designed for college juniors or seniors interested in a career in sales. The intern will work closely with sales leaders to understand the company's go-to-market strategy and product portfolio, particularly in the IT industry. This role involves completing various projects to support sales efforts, utilizing digital tools for data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create sales content and training materials. Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Leaders to understand the go-to-market strategy and organization.
  • Learn the APC product portfolio and how Schneider Electric fits into the IT Industry.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities to enable sales.
  • Use digital tools to analyze data to support customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Synthesize industry reports and competitive landscape to summarize key trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate sales content, training materials, and tools.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Sales, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work part-time in the fall through spring and full-time in the summer.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Strong initiative and ability to see new customers as friends.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and data analytics to develop growth strategies.
  • Ability to inspire peers and partners through influence.
  • Digital savviness to enhance personal effectiveness and customer engagement.
