Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all, and as part of this mission, we are seeking an Enterprise Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing enablement of our sales organization, specifically focusing on the Americas Sales Team's Enterprise and Strategic segments. The Enterprise Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive enablement programs that equip our sales teams with essential skills such as deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presence. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Enablement AMER and can be performed from one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States. In this role, you will deliver both live and virtual onboarding and training programs tailored to the needs of our Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams. You will maintain a highly effective sales training curriculum, optimizing existing content while also creating new training materials that resonate with our team members. Your success will be measured by the outcomes of your training programs, where you will continually assess program compliance, participant performance, and the overall business impact of each initiative. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend customer meetings and collaborate closely with our go-to-market teams to gain insights that will help refine and enhance our training programs. As Figma continues to evolve, you will contribute to the development of our selling motions, ensuring that our training aligns with the expansion of our platform and user base. Building strong relationships of trust with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and their leaders will be crucial to your success in this role.
