About the position

Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all, and as part of this mission, we are seeking an Enterprise Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing enablement of our sales organization, specifically focusing on the Americas Sales Team's Enterprise and Strategic segments. The Enterprise Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive enablement programs that equip our sales teams with essential skills such as deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presence. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Enablement AMER and can be performed from one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States. In this role, you will deliver both live and virtual onboarding and training programs tailored to the needs of our Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams. You will maintain a highly effective sales training curriculum, optimizing existing content while also creating new training materials that resonate with our team members. Your success will be measured by the outcomes of your training programs, where you will continually assess program compliance, participant performance, and the overall business impact of each initiative. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend customer meetings and collaborate closely with our go-to-market teams to gain insights that will help refine and enhance our training programs. As Figma continues to evolve, you will contribute to the development of our selling motions, ensuring that our training aligns with the expansion of our platform and user base. Building strong relationships of trust with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and their leaders will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs for the Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams.
  • Maintain and optimize a sales training curriculum that is effective and consumable by team members.
  • Own the outcomes of training programs by measuring compliance, participant performance, and business impact.
  • Attend customer meetings and collaborate with go-to-market teams to improve training programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions as the platform and user base expand.
  • Cultivate strong relationships of trust with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and leaders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a training, sales, teaching or related field.
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role.
  • Proven ability to adapt on the fly while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10+ learners and developing dynamic training curriculums.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus and Gong to foster a strong coaching culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex topics for immediate action by the sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company.
