Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all, and as part of this mission, we are seeking an Enterprise Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing enablement of our sales organization, specifically focusing on the Americas Sales Team's Enterprise and Strategic segments. The Enterprise Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive enablement programs that equip our sales teams with the essential skills and knowledge necessary for success. Key areas of focus will include deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presence. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Enablement AMER and can be performed remotely or from one of our US hubs. In this role, you will deliver both live and virtual onboarding and training programs tailored to the needs of our Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams. You will maintain a highly effective sales training curriculum, optimizing existing content while also creating new training materials that resonate with our team members. A critical aspect of this position is owning the outcomes of your training programs; you will continually measure program compliance, participant performance, and the overall business impact of each initiative. Additionally, you will attend customer meetings and collaborate closely with our go-to-market teams to gain insights that will help refine and improve our training programs. As the Enterprise Enablement Manager, you will also contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions as our platform and user base continue to expand. Building and cultivating strong relationships of trust with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and their leaders will be essential to your success in this role. Your ability to adapt quickly, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment will be crucial as you navigate the challenges of this position.
