About the position

The Enterprise Enablement Manager at Figma is responsible for designing and executing enablement programs for the Americas Sales Team, specifically focusing on the Enterprise and Strategic segments. This role aims to enhance the skills of the sales team in areas such as deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presence, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles. The position involves delivering training programs, maintaining a sales training curriculum, measuring program outcomes, and collaborating with various teams to improve training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs for the Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams.
  • Maintain and optimize a sales training curriculum that is effective and consumable.
  • Own the outcomes of training programs by measuring compliance, participant performance, and business impact.
  • Attend customer meetings to gain insights for improving training programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions as the platform and user base expand.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Enterprise & Strategic Sales team and leaders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a training, sales, teaching, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10+ learners.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus or Gong.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for immediate action.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company.

  • Experience working at a software-as-a-service company.
  • Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company.
  • Certification as a trainer in sales methodology - Command of the Message.
