As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will manage high-level business development and sales of ePlus Support Services within an assigned territory. This role involves overlaying the existing sales organization in the assigned market and driving awareness, training, pipeline development, and sales in both a sell-to and a sell-through model. You will serve as the primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus Support Services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, training, assisting, and developing the Sales Enablement staff, as well as collaborating with the field sales organization to assist with training and skills development for selling Support Services. In this position, you will lead efforts for Support Services demand generation campaigns, working closely with the field sales organization. You will also collaborate with existing ePlus field sales and services leadership to analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of Support Services. Developing joint marketing plans to recommend tactics and assist the field with regularly scheduled demand generation activities within the assigned territory will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will manage ongoing training and development of supported sales and SE staff relative to Support Services, deliver accurate forecasting of Support Services for assigned regions, and meet or exceed financial targets for Support Services sales. Your impact will extend to driving new sales outside of ePlus' existing customer base, targeting dormant accounts to revive and drive new sales, and working with the Support team to qualify all relevant opportunities. You will also follow ePlus' performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance, and contribute to an employee's professional development.
