About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager for the Insurance vertical at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is responsible for enhancing and driving the training program for Account Managers. This role focuses on onboarding new talent and providing ongoing sales training to ensure the sales organization achieves success and growth. The position involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to reduce ramp times and enhance the effectiveness of sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the existing sales onboarding program to reduce ramp times.
  • Deliver onboarding programs both in person and virtually, as needed, while monitoring new hire progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage a blended learning model that includes classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training.
  • Maintain training content in the Learning Management System to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Develop, contribute to, and maintain sales enablement resources and materials, including learning paths, certification programs, and sales playbooks.
  • Support planning and implementing all internal sales events as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales enablement experience, adult education, Learning & Development, and/or program management.
  • Insurance Industry Experience in both P&C and Life and Health required; Life and Health Insurance License preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering training for a sales organization with measurable results.
  • Experience in developing training guides and modules for a broad audience, including interactive sales exercises.
  • Collaborative working style with experience working across multiple teams.
