About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager for the Insurance vertical at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is responsible for enhancing and driving the training program for the Life Insurance sector. This role focuses on onboarding new Account Managers and facilitating ongoing sales training efforts to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the existing sales onboarding program to reduce ramp times.
  • Deliver onboarding programs both in person and virtually, as needed, while monitoring new hire and new-to-role progress and communicating regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Manage a blended learning model that includes classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new technologies.
  • Maintain training content in the Learning Management System to ensure relevance, accuracy, and currency.
  • Develop, contribute, and maintain sales enablement resources and materials including learning paths, certification programs, sales playbooks, and a content library.
  • Support planning and implementing all internal sales events, as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales enablement experience, adult education, Learning & Development, and/or program management.
  • Insurance Industry Experience in both P&C and Life and Health required; Life and Health Insurance License preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills, oral and written communication, and prioritization and organization skills.
  • Strong ability to represent concepts and summarize complex ideas into a curriculum tailored for sales professionals.
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training a sales organization successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in developing training guides and/or modules for a broad audience, including presentations and interactive sales exercises.
  • Collaborative working style and experience working across multiple teams to drive innovation and execution.
