About the position

Arizent is seeking two Sales Enablement Managers (or Senior Managers) for its Marketing Services team. This role is pivotal in promoting advertising solutions, custom content, event sponsorships, and lead generation programs. The position involves close collaboration with the sales team to create marketing assets, evaluate customer feedback, and refine service offerings, all while reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Create sales assets and lead generation programs for the Marketing Services team to maintain a steady stream of new business leads for the sales team.
• Build outbound lead programs using LinkedIn automation for sales team members.
• Evaluate client and prospect feedback to refine services, delivery models, and pricing to remain competitive.
• Produce content that drives awareness and leads for marketing services, including hosting webinars, writing blog posts, and disseminating newsletters.
• Oversee campaign plans for promoting Marketing Services, including content planning, paid media promotions, organic social, email programs, and SEO.
• Create a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the sales team outlining commitments and accountability for success.

Requirements

• B2B marketing or sales strategy and planning experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience building integrated campaigns for advertising and marketing services.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfort with Salesforce, Outreach.io/Salesloft, LinkedIn ads, and automation campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills to host and plan events, both virtual and in-person.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
