About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping the sales team with essential tools, resources, and training to enhance productivity in the B2G market. This role involves developing programs that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring consistent messaging, and optimizing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that supports the company's revenue goals and sales targets.
  • Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, value selling, and competitive positioning.
  • Implement and manage sales tools that support efficient pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Coach sales team members on best practices in B2G sales, value selling, and client engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least three years in a role focused on sales enablement, business process management, or strategic execution within the technology or B2G sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and operationalizing sales training or similar educational programs.
  • General familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Exceptional candidates from the educational sector with transferable skills may also be reviewed.
