OneRail provides last mile delivery solutions, from dispatch to doorstep. We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused Sales Enablement Manager to join our Product Marketing team. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the sales team with the resources, training, and tools necessary to improve efficiency and close rates. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement enablement strategies, aligning the sales team with overall company goals. You will train new sales team members during the onboarding process, develop ongoing training programs, manage sales content, and optimize tools and processes.
