About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at OneRail is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary resources, training, and tools to enhance efficiency and improve close rates. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement enablement strategies that align with the company's goals. The manager will oversee training programs, manage sales content, and optimize tools and processes to support the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Instructional Design team to create a structured onboarding program for new sales hires, including resources, training modules, and testing.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, ensuring resources such as case studies, templates, and presentations are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Track key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance sales processes and implement tools that streamline workflows and drive productivity.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop content around new product launches and customer success stories.
  • Oversee the implementation and usage of CRM and other sales tools, providing training and support for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations focused on solution selling, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to develop training programs, manage sales content, and drive cross-departmental collaboration
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic
  • Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supply chain or last mile delivery is a plus
  • Understanding of the requirements and nuances of selling a solution versus a product
