About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the organization by providing essential tools and strategies for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This position is designed to enhance quota attainment success through effective training and enablement initiatives. The role requires a collaborative self-starter who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that drive behavior change and increase performance within the sales teams.
  • Develop and continually improve learning curricula and materials that align with learning and performance strategies.
  • Work with sales leadership, sales operations, marketing, and product to develop accessible and organized sales enablement content.
  • Facilitate solution and skill-based learning programs for sales teams and reinforce through manager coaching.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps in sellers' knowledge, skills, or abilities and execute plans to close these gaps.
  • Evaluate and measure the business impact of learning programs.
  • Communicate and lead sales enablement program objectives and deployment plans.
  • Build and maintain learning and support materials for all programs.
  • Implement the sales enablement strategy through sales processes, training, goals, and performance measures.
  • Create, maintain, and administer materials that support sales teams with business development, including playbooks, procedures, and plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS revenue operations experience in a fast growth environment.
  • Experience in creating and curating sales training materials such as presentations, playbooks, and training modules.
  • Consistent track record of developing selling skills in others.
  • Highly effective communicator able to provide a concise and data-driven perspective on business problems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of a SaaS go-to-market sales strategy, sales cycle, and tools that enable success.
  • Ability to lead through influence and quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of GTM tools like Salesforce.com, ChurnZero, etc.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce Admins and Sales teams.
