About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Resi Media, LLC is responsible for enhancing sales productivity by collaborating with sales management, frontline representatives, product teams, and product marketing. This role focuses on equipping the sales team with essential resources and training to optimize the buyer journey and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, proficient in tech stack optimization, and passionate about helping sales teams exceed their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales training program for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales representatives.
  • Leverage various training strategies, including live training, eLearning, role-playing, and certifications.
  • Maintain organized and accessible sales content for training and selling purposes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing teams to ensure sales feedback informs product strategy.
  • Develop content to support the sales process and assess sales performance with management.
  • Identify barriers to achieving sales goals and implement action plans to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of training delivery experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for both small and large groups.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with eLearning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and market intelligence.
