Collaboration with Enablement leadership is essential, as you will lead regular bootcamp sessions aimed at accelerating the onboarding process and fostering continuous development among team members. Your responsibilities will extend to providing one-on-one coaching to SDRs, leveraging your expertise to help them overcome challenges and improve their performance. You will work closely with GTM (Go-To-Market) operations to identify and resolve friction points within SDR workflows, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will monitor SDR performance metrics and data trends, using this information to identify best practices and areas for improvement. By aligning with GTM leadership and marketing teams, you will ensure that messaging is effective and that the SDRs are well-prepared to engage with potential customers.
