About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager for Service Contracts at Philips in Cambridge, MA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Philips serves its customers in the North American healthcare market. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential sales enablement and marketing support to the Service Solutions Sales team, aligning with our broader Service Marketing strategy. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales teams, as you will gather feedback and implement continuous improvements to our enablement programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of marketing and sales enablement programs in collaboration with Business Marketing Managers. You will continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of these programs, seeking actionable insights to drive business results. A key aspect of your role will be the centralized management of internal and customer-facing collateral, training materials, and contact lists through our Sales Enablement platform, Seismic. You will work to improve the utilization of this platform by gaining a deep understanding of the needs of the sales teams you support, ensuring that content is easily accessible and user-friendly. Additionally, you will partner with subject matter experts to provide ongoing training and support, enhancing the overall utilization of Seismic, including its advanced features. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to develop and implement effective programs while tracking their success and impact on the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of marketing and sales enablement programs in partnership with Business Marketing Managers.
  • Continuously monitor and measure enablement programs, seeking actionable insights to drive business results.
  • Provide centralized management of internal and customer-facing collateral, training, and contact lists via the Sales Enablement platform (Seismic).
  • Improve utilization of the Sales Enablement Platform by understanding the needs of supported sales teams and ensuring content accessibility.
  • Partner with experts to provide ongoing training and support for greater utilization of Seismic and its advanced features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and tech-savvy with a strong understanding of Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing programs and tracking their success and impact.
