About the position

Writer is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager with a strong technical and product focus to empower our sales team to become experts in AI and trusted advisors to our clients. This role is crucial in helping our sales team navigate the complexities of the AI landscape, understand our product capabilities, and effectively communicate how these capabilities can drive positive business outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive enablement programs that include new hire onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and the creation of supporting materials and job aids. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales teams, addressing any technical questions and challenges they may face regarding product positioning and demonstrations. Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs will be essential to continuously enhance our sales enablement programs. This role is new at Writer, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our enablement strategies while executing immediate needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving customer success through effective sales enablement, this is the right role for you.
